Shipping policy

 

Ordering on runawaypoppy.com is easy and secure.

Since we are a small business, please allow up to five business days for an order to be filled (excluding weekends and holidays), although we always try our best to get shipments out sooner. If you have a question about an order placed on runawaypoppy.com or you would like us ship a package sooner, please email us at info@runawaypoppy.com. We’ll do our absolute best to expedite your package, and we’ll always answer your emails within 24 hours.

Once we ship your order, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

Our website only offers shipping within the United States. If you are interested in having an item shipped internationally, please contact us at info@runawaypoppy.com for an estimate. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. 

In-Store & Curbside Pickup
We offer in-store and curbside pickups at our NYC location at 2244 Broadway (between 80th and 81st Streets).  Expect to wait within 1-3 days for pickups to be ready.  If you need a same-day order to be ready, please email us at info@runawaypoppy.com.

We’ll always make sure your order is beautifully wrapped, and we’ll text or email you with instructions once it is ready. You can respond to this message with your preference of in-store or curbside pickup. 

Our pickup hours are 11-6, Tuesday-Sunday. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
