Refund policy

We do not currently sell on this website. Store purchase exchanges are offered within 14 days for even exchange only. We only allow same day exchanges, and do not allow returns or refunds.

• Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
• You will also need to bring the receipt.

Exceptions / non-exchangeable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like seasonal items, items we have special-ordered for you, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, seasonal items or gift cards.
